What’s the process to request an invitation?

Candidates submit a brief invitation request. If selected, they’re invited to a formal interview to confirm alignment with our values. Upon approval, a private invitation is extended to join Black Executive Men.

Who belongs here?

Corporate Black men in board, C-level, vice president, director, manager, and high-potential individual contributor roles across the corporate landscape. Some lead departments; others lead entire companies. Each is a refined man—dedicated to private excellence and committed to creating a powerful public impact, with 7–10-figure aspirations and a lifestyle of excellence. Our network includes attorneys from top global firms, board members and operators at all levels of seniority from Fortune-ranked companies and beyond. It’s for high-performing Black men in business who are serious about legacy and alignment.

Who does not belong here?

This space is designed exclusively for high-performing corporate professionals. We do not accept fulltime entrepreneurs, startup founders, or those working in academia, nonprofit, or government.

The Founder’s Vision

“Since 2015, I’ve built a living heritage of excellence, trust, and impact.” 

Founded by Jewel Love, a former psychotherapist specializing in executive performance and relationship dynamics. Black Executive Men was created with a single, unwavering belief: Black men in corporate leadership deserve a space where meaningful connection, mutual respect, and authentic celebration are the standard.

From the earliest private dinners, Jewel envisioned an environment where accomplished corporate Black men could engage with peers equally committed to excellence, ambition, and integrity—both professionally and personally.

Black Executive Men has evolved into a carefully curated community of senior leaders and rising executives spanning industries worldwide. Our members value sharp conversation, actionable insight, and opportunities that advance their careers and personal brands.

Through intimate dinners, executive summits, and international experiences, Black Executive Men provides exclusive spaces to exchange ideas, form trusted relationships, and access opportunities rarely available elsewhere.
