What’s the process to join?
Applicants complete a short application and are invited to a 1:1 interview to ensure alignment with our culture. If approved, they’ll receive a private invitation to complete payment and gain full access to the community.

Who belongs here?
Black men who are corporate professionals with 7–10 figure aspirations and achievements as the norm. Our community includes attorneys from top global firms, board members and operators at all levels of seniority from Fortune-ranked companies. Who you won’t find here: career athletes, entertainers, musicians, politicians, activists, or transactional networkers.

What will I gain in the first 90 days?
Expect 5–7 deep connections, private referrals, and new standards for your circle.

Meet the Founder – Jewel Love

Jewel Love came from a humble beginning in Oakland, California. Although from a good family, he climbed his way out of poverty and earned a Master’s degree, becoming a licensed psychotherapist. His early career was dedicated to supporting corporate Black men through mental health, leadership coaching, and emotional intelligence training.

After traveling to multiple continents, speaking several languages, and building a thriving career—including investments and global partnerships—Jewel realized something was missing: a circle of likeminded men.

He began searching for his tribe. A community. A curated community of Black men who didn’t argue as the norm, who respected diverse viewpoints, who led with emotional intelligence, and who were proud of their culture while operating with subtle power in business.

While gaining his 3,000 intern hours, he worked with youth, prison populations, blue-collar workers, and students—but when a Black corporate brother from Harvard walked into his office, everything changed. That was the moment he realized: these were his people.

Men who were family-focused. World travelers. Fluent in multiple languages. High earners. Calm in conversation. Wise in relationships. Devoted to excellence. Sharp in their dress. Poised in their presence. Private in their networks. And yes—still lovers of hip-hop, but not the lifestyle that came with it.

He’d found his tribe.

The BEM Community was born. Not from pain. But from joy. From resonance. From alignment. From the desire to simply gather as excellent men and enjoy one another’s company.

Our Membership Team carefully reviews each submission to ensure alignment with our values, standards, and professional caliber.

2. Culture Fit Interview
If your application is approved, you’ll be invited to a 1:1 video interview. This is a chance for both sides to confirm fit—based on energy, mindset, and mutual value.

3. Membership Invitation
Once accepted, you’ll receive a formal invitation to complete your enrollment and unlock full access to the BEM Community.
