Membership Criteria

Black men in CXO, VP, Director, Manager, and Individual Contributor roles who are driving results across various sectors and industries. We use a range of factors to determine if an applicant meets the criteria for the community. These include:

  • Income: members must earn above $150,000 annually to become members. this base numbers ensures that we maintain a membership that both values a higher income, and has been able to achieve this level of success so far.

  • Sectors: members come from for-profit sectors and industries only. We do not accept applicants who work in non-profits, military, government, education, law firms, or in hospitals as medical professionals.

  • Company size: members must come from organizations that have more than 30 full-time employees or organizations under 30 employees that earn over $2M in revenue.

  • Seniority: our membership holds every seniority level. However the majority of our members hold leadership roles. Members are matched in Peer Groups with same or near same seniority members.
